“As the founder and owner of KATCO, I look forward to putting my expertise and many years of experience in restructuring and turnaround at your service.”
PROFILE
Building on many years of experience in permanent and interim executive roles, I specialize in restructurings, turnarounds, and the delivery of complex strategic projects. In 2022, I founded KATCO to focus on these activities. You can find recent examples of my work here.
Before founding KATCO, I led for several years the creation and development of a dynamic international start-up (Europe/Africa) in the Fintech sector including a financial platform for underserved populations.
Prior to that, I was CFO and CEO of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), a multinational global company, for more than thirteen years. I played a key role in FIFA's turnaround from over-indebtedness to sustainable profitability. During this time, I also ensured the implementation of a large number of complex projects, particularly in the areas of corporate governance, major events, acquisitions and finance.
Before joining FIFA, I worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company in Switzerland, supporting various companies in the implementation of strategic projects and growth initiatives.
